"Oftentimes routines fall apart because the child's body and mind are not quite ready for the challenge. When we incorporate sensory and regulation tasks into a routine, it gives your child the extra charge they need to be ready for the next task. Can't get started on the morning routine? Adding some stretches or jumping jacks first thing might help get the routine started. Is putting on pajamas a struggle? Try some cuddle time in the towel first for deep pressure."

Daily Routines - Occupational Therapy Bundle
Our products are developed by humans (with science degrees!) and hand drawn by our founder.
With a visual schedule, kids know what they need to do...they just can't get their bodies to do it. Putting sensory strategies into the routine, instead of making it an afterthought, makes it easier to move between tasks. For many kids, incorporating sensory strategies into visual routines makes it easier to move between tasks.
This special bundle was created by Occupational Therapist Brittni Winslow, MS, OTR/L to help kids work on regulating their bodies at various points in their routines.
